Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, including staff scheduling, facility management, compliance, and administrative support. This role ensures that clinical teams have the resources and systems needed to provide exceptional care.

This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, remain on your feet for extended periods of time, and actively support staff while also interacting directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate daily operations, including staff schedules and facility management
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
    • Implement efficient systems and workflows to support clinic activities
    • Collaborate effectively with clinical teams, families, and administrative staff
    • Monitor staff performance, accountability, and professional development
    • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and confidentiality

Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2 years of operational supervisory experience
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in healthcare or behavioral health settings preferred
    • Commitment to professionalism, ethical practice, and high-quality client care
    • Willingness to obtain RBT, QBS Safety-Care, CPR, and other required certifications (training provided and paid by the organization)
