We’re excited to expand our services and are currently seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA services to our clients and families.

Our in-home RBTs play a critical role in supporting meaningful behavior change where it matters most, right in the client’s natural environment. You’ll work closely with families, receive strong clinical support, and make a real difference every day.

Position Highlights:

• Deliver 1:1 ABA services in clients’ homes

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision

• Collect accurate data and support skill acquisition and behavior reduction

• Collaborate with caregivers to promote generalization and success

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RBT credential (or willingness to obtain)

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

• Strong communication and professionalism

• Passion for working with children and families
